Trained winemakers blend Acid League Proxies from a library of hundreds of ingredients. Zephyr is an enchanting, fruity serve with a coral rose hue and floral bouquet. A classic palate of strawberries, rhubarb, and white tea is layered with acidic lemon and energized by a floral backbone of pink peppercorn and hibiscus.
