While Riverine contains traditional gin botanicals like juniper, coriander, and orris root, it is not a gin proxy. Rather, it is a nuanced, sophisticated spirit in its own right. Drink it on its own, on the rocks, or try it with simple syrup and lime juice. For a lovely low-alc Negroni, pair with Campari and sweet vermouth.
