Rosso “Superiore” is made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes from specified DOC region of Abruzzo.
Ruby red in color. Easily drinkable, well rounded on the palate with good acidity. Taste of Red Currant, Blood Orange and Geranium with persistent notes of Volcanic Ash and Dark Slate/Stone. Good finish. Serve slightly chilled. Excellent food wine. Pair with grilled meats, sausages, wild game, pork, chicken and pastas with meat sauce.
