Buonafide - 2016 MooD Fossile Florentino "Super Tuscan"- Non-Alcoholic Italian Wine

2016 “Super Tuscan” is made in the Chianti region with 70% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot, 10% Colorino and 5% Petit Verdot. Oak Barrel Aged for 24 months. Scents of Dried Black Cherry and a hint of Leather on the nose. Medium body with taste of Ripe Plum and Black Cherry flavor with slight taste of tobacco. Excellent tannins. Elegant finish.

Serve slightly chilled. Excellent food wine. Pair with grilled meats, sausages, wild game, pork, chicken and pastas with meat sauce.
