- Description
Grab eggs, cream, and this bundle to make sure you have everything on hand for a delicious batch of non-alcoholic eggnog.
- In a large bowl, beat 2 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of the sugar until fluffy
- In a separate bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of non-alcoholic Spiritless 74 Bourbon
- Combine the egg yolk and milk/bourbon mixture and stir well
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar, then add a few drops of the bitters until soft peaks form
- Combine the egg white mixture with the egg yolk/milk/bourbon mixture
- Garnish to your liking. We added cinnamon, a cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg
- Chill the eggnog and enjoy
