LE NATUREL ZERO ZERO Blanco
Fruity freshness, good acidity… and ZERO worries.
Varieties: Garnacha Blanca and others.
Vineyard: Young vineyards located in the Yerri Valey, on the northern border, covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia. Fresh calcareous clay soils.
Harvest: Manual harvest in the second half of September.
Winemaking: Very soft pressing and fermentation with natural yeasts, avoiding surpassing 16oC, with the aim to obtain powerful and fresh aromatic profile. Once the wine is made, a
delicate cold dealcoholization process is carried out, so as not to alter the aromas and flavors of the grape.
Alcohol content: 0,0% Vol.
Taste: Very pleasant, with sweet notes, but with some refreshing acidity.
Process: A delicate low-temperature dealcoholizing process, that allows the aromas, flavors and original texture of the wine to be maintained. All this, through an artisan process, that works under a minimal intervention philosophy.
IN THE MOUTH: Smell and Savor notes of peach and apricot, “petita” fruit (such as apple and pear), blended with white flowers and hints of melon.
IN THE NOSE: Sweet, intense flavor balanced with citrus notes
