In the same way a traditional Negroni can be either built over ice or served up in a stem glass, the Sbagliato can also be served on the rocks or up, in a Champagne flute.
To make a NOgroni Sbagliato, simply pour equal amounts non-alcoholic red vermouth and non-alcoholic apertif like Wilfred's. Stir and chill, and top with non-alcoholic sparkling white wine. Stunning!
