I'm on my third bottle of this spirit. It's been a decade since I've drank tequila with alcohol so I can't say if this is true to what's on the market today but I can say that I think it stands alone as a sophisticated agave spirit. I love the flavor, it's rich and complex, suited to on the rocks or light mixers. I like mine with a twist of lime and some club soda.

I absolutely love the flavor of this spirit. Not quite tequila, closer to what I recall as a mezcal (it’s been awhile) with a smooth yet distinctive flavor. No bite. Delish in a mock margarita and also quite nice on its own with a twist of lime.
