Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Economy (Ground Shipping) shipping on Orders over $150 in the United States, excluding shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, unless part of a defined promotion..

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, from our local warehouse. Our cutoff time for all orders is 12pm Eastern Time, after which the shipping timeline begins the following business day. If there will be any delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Due to ongoing global supply chain issues, it's possible your order may take more time than usual to ship. We will reach out proactively with updates if there will be any delay in shipping your order. Insurance: Please note many of the products we carry are made of fragile materials like glass. Insurance coverage via Onward is built into our shipping prices. This means in the worse case scenario that your package is damaged in shipment, it will be covered and replaced. During Periods of Extended Freezing Temperatures: Packages being shipped via ground during cold weather include a $2.00 charge to help reduce the chances of product becoming damaged from weather conditions. Since our products do not contain alcohol, they have a higher freezing point of typical alcoholic beverages and need additional protection to avoid bottles breaking in transit. As an extra layer of protection, we are also adding an insurance charge in the event that our cold weather packaging fails to prevent damage to products. This charge is determined at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Our temperature controlled packaging system includes heat packs. The heat pack system means that we must time orders to be shipped as soon as they are packed. Thus, there may be an extra 1-2 days of processing time for your order so as to minimize the risk of it sitting with UPS over a weekend, for example. Should any contents become damaged, please reach out to our team at ordersupport@boisson.nyc to have a replacement sent immediately. We greatly appreciate your patience and support while we diligently work through challenges to get your favorite NA products safely to your door! Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order at http://boisson.nyc/apps/aftership. If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ordersupport@boisson.nyc and we will look into it for you.

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
