Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Boisson. We also realize sometimes, things happen!
To cancel an order
We are happy to cancel any order that you've made online before the order ships or before you've picked up your order if you're ordering for in-store pickup. This order will simply be canceled and refunded. After orders have shipped, though, you'll need to return the product to us, unopened, and in its original packaging within 30 days to receive a refund. We can not stop packages in-transit.
Damaged on arrival
We understand that sometimes boxes get jostled, things get damaged, and it's not your fault! If this happens, let us know by emailing us at . Please send photos of the package as it arrived, and be sure to save all the damaged packaging because UPS sometimes requires inspection. For damaged items, please notify us and include photos within 7 days of your order being delivered. We will immediately re-dispatch your order, and will manage the damage claim directly with UPS.
Wrong/Missing Items
We check every order before it leaves our stores, but sometimes a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong item or missing items from your order, let us know by emailing us at or calling us at (877) 655-9177. We will replace or ship the missing item immediately. 
Return and Exchange Policy
Changing your mind is ok! You can return or exchange any unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not accept Refunds or Returns based on flavor preference alone.


How to Return by Mail:
  1. Email us at We'll confirm your return request eligibility. If approved, we will send you a return label for the package via email.
  2. Print the label and place it on the package.
  3. Drop the package with UPS.
  4. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with exchange/refund details. If you have chosen an exchange, we will send your replacement package upon receipt of your return. If you have chosen a refund, please expect your credit, minus the original shipping fee, within 10-14 business days.
How to Return or Exchange in a Store:
  1. Find a store location near you.
  2. Bring your product unopened in its original packaging with your shipping confirmation email or receipt.
  3. Let the sales associate know if you are wanting to return or exchange your product. If this is a gift return, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the purchase price. If you have chosen to refund the purchase rather than an exchange, please provide the store associate with the credit card used for the original purchase. The purchase price, minus any original shipping fee, will be refunded within 10-14 business days.
