CleanCo Clean W - Non-Alcoholic Bourbon Style Whiskey Alternative - 700ml

British entrepreneur and TV personality Spencer Matthews created CleanCo as an alternative to alcohol that doesn’t preach, doesn’t have a morning after effect, and is true to the social ceremony of drinking.

Non-alcoholic Clean W has a characteristic Bourbon nose with oak and sweet vanilla, resulting in a mouth coating effect. The impact builds gently, with rich spice, fresh apple and figs giving way to a smooth long finish.

With no sugar and just 10 calories per serving, it remains clean in taste and nutritional makeup.

HOW TO ENJOY

For a non-alcoholic Clean Buck:

1. Build over a large highball glass filled with ice

2. Combine 2 oz Clean W, 1 oz of light ginger ale, and 1 lime wedge squeezed and dropped in the glass

3. Add another lime wedge to garnish

For a non-alcoholic Clean Whiskey Sour:

1. Combine 2 oz Clean W, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz of simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water), and 1 egg white (medium egg) in a cocktail shaker

2. Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white

3. Add ice and shake hard

4. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe or over ice into a rocks glass, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
