Eins Zwei Zero Riesling is an alcohol-free version of the original wine: it’s grown, harvested, and fermented before undergoing delicate vacuum distillation to remove alcohol and preserve classic wine-like characteristics. A bit of residual sugar carries the flavor, yet the acidity offsets the sweetness and makes for a refreshing, clean white.
The Eins Zwei Zero Riesling is a more acidic counterpart to the Blanc de Blancs–they make a great duo for food pairing and serving to guests.

For a non alcoholic wine it was really really good. It was fruity and crisp, but did not have that awful fruit juice sweetness to it. It maintained the bright tartness that Rieslings are known for. I will definitely be trying more of your products.

Lovely little wine! Even in the winter it's perfect with salmon and soon a great complement to a warm day! The fact that it was NA was not an issue; it does not disappoint.
