Located on Court St between Bergen and Dean Streets, our Cobble Hill location was the first Boisson brick-and-mortar store. Through the kind, enthusiastic support of our Brooklyn neighbors, we were able to grow our business even during the heart of the pandemic.
Home to the largest French expat community in NYC, Cobble Hill lent the name for Boisson, an homage to the local boulangeries, restaurants, cafés, and other local French-New Yorker artisans that inspired our founders to see the Glass Half-Full.
