When she set out to create a non-alcoholic wine, Rachel Martin of Oceano Wines had a top-shelf experience in mind. From start to finish, Oceano Zero is a sip of luxury.
The wines come to us from Spanish Springs Vineyard: a precious terroir situated less than two miles from the Californian coast in San Luis Obispo. Cool ocean breezes, coastal fog, and seafront soils create the perfect home for the wine’s production. The vineyards are sustainable in practice with naturally occurring aquifers, free-roaming sheep, and minimized carbon output. The palates are impressively complex, holding onto all the structure, acidity, and mouthfeel of the original wines.
