Onward VIP Protection+

I ordered 6 bottles of Chardonnay that was in stock. My order was then cancelled and I was told the wine was not available any more. I was given a store credit. I did not want a store credit (why would I?) I wanted my money back. This doesn't seem legal and is sort of a bait and switch. I would not do business with this company.

Easy fulfillment of a replacement bottle when Boisson forgot to include one of my bottles in my original package (literally included a packing list with 0 next to one of my orders and never contacted me), however the replacement bottle broke in transit so ultimately this was a huge pain and I just cancelled my order as it became too much of a hassle to go through this a 3rd time. Really disappointing experience with Boisson and this all around.

There was a mistake with the order I recieved and within two days of notifying Boisson of the error, it was corrected and I received the actual product I ordered. I was amazed at how efficient they were. Was happy with Boisson before but now I definitely know that they have their customers backs. Very grateful.

We love the wine but have not received our last order. Please check and let us know

The second order took a longer time because it was damaged done to the product but the third time they got it right package very well no broken bottles
