Seedlip - Grove 42 - Non-Alcoholic Distilled Spirit

Seedlip Grove 42 bottles the bright zest of walking through a citrus orchard. Bitter, mandarin, and blood oranges meets undertones of lemongrass, ginger, and peppercorn. The blend is named after 1542, the year that the orange fruit first made its way to Europe from Asia—and the year the color received its namesake in the English language.

For years, Seedlip developed a bespoke, six-week maceration, distillation, filtration, and blending process—taking each individual botanical ingredient to be distilled separately before blending. Based in the UK, this brand uses natural ingredients and is devoted to sustainability, pledging to be carbon neutral by 2022.

HOW TO ENJOY

Seedlip's non-alcoholic spirits are complex, and lightly nuanced, meant to always be used as a base to cocktails and never drank neat. Enjoy over lots of ice and with your favorite sparkling mixer. With Grove 42, the garnish really makes the difference; try a thinly sliced lemon wheel or a long orange twist.

TASTING NOTES

Seedlip Grove 42 is a sophisticated, bright, citrus blend of Mediterranean orange, lemon peel, lemongrass and ginger with a dry finish. Although great as a substitute for gin cocktails, Seedlip's spirits do not contain juniper and thus do not share a similar flavor profile.
