After careful R&D, the Phony Mezcal Negroni is a variation on the beloved St. Agrestis Phony Negroni. Made utilizing smoked nopales (cactus) a smoky, vegetal and earthy mezcal-like component replaces the juniper forward gin components to pair perfectly with the bittersweet backbone of the Phony Negroni.
