A gift from South Africa, Noughty Non-Alcoholic Blanc is a still white wine produced with 55% Chenin Blanc grapes and 45% Chardonnay, harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards of the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current—the inaudible whisper of nature you’ll hear once you’ve uncorked a bottle.
The wine is dealcoholized under vacuum at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.
