If anyone knows how to make Sober October meaningful, it’s Laura Silverman.
A pioneer in the alcohol-free space, Laura has been booze-free since 2007, long before “mindful drinking” was a trend.
As the founder of Zero Proof Nation (ZPN), Laura has built one of the most trusted platforms dedicated to celebrating non-alcoholic culture and community. Through ZPN, she highlights the makers, the movers, and the mission behind this growing global movement, showing that “no alcohol” doesn’t mean “no experience.”
This month, we’re raising a glass to Laura and her Notes of Motivation, a reminder that Sober October isn’t just about what you skip, but what you gain: clarity, connection, and choice.
