26 restorative botanicals come together in Asia's first non-alcoholic apéritif.
Named after Indonesia’s national flower, Melati is Asia’s first non-alcoholic, botanical apéritif. Inspired by a trip to her ancestral farmland in Bali, founder Lorin Winata set out to create a healing, restorative spirit informed by elements of food science, ayurveda, and ancient healing modalities such as jamu.
Infused with 26 restorative botanicals from the far East, Melati spirits are rich like a spirit and fresh like an apéritif. Complex profiles and healing ingredients gently guide you to a more mindful, balanced state with each sip.

A NOTE FROM BOISSON
Melati's complexity and range from herbaceous to tropical provides a perfect playground for the at-home mixologist. By that very nature, it's also a popular choice at our on-premise accounts for upscale, sophisticated cocktails.
