While not a perfect red wine experience, this was more than good enough! Served with short ribs and polenta and it offered satisfying flavor.

I enjoy this whole concept. When I paired it with a sweet it turned it into a grage juice favor to me, but when I enjoyed it with lamb, it tasted like a full body red wine. I will be buying this again.
