All De Soi non-alcoholic apéritifs come ready to sip, so all you have to do is pop them in the fridge, pour them into a pretty glass, and enjoy. Doll Champignon Dreams up for the party with a grapefruit peel and a slice of strawberry.
The apéritifs are shelf-stable prior to opening. Once popped, a bottle will stay bubbly for about a week. If you don’t finish it in one go, reseal the cap and keep it chilled in the fridge.

Love all the De Soy flavors for different occasions and different times of day! This is a go to for unwinding in the evening for me. Such a unique flavor profile that I haven't tasted with other NA or alcoholic drinks. Truly a treat! I just wish De Soi made 12 packs ;)

Was expecting this to taste closer to champagne based on the name but it was definitely more of the flavor profile and tanginess of a lambic or sour beer

It is delicious. But if you’re someone who doesn’t drink a lot of caffeine, the amount in this is enough to disrupt sleep if you drink it in the evening. I used up the remaining cans as a mid-morning pep-up and it was perfect for that.

I've been swapping out wine for these at dinner; this flavor is slightly earthy and bitter and pairs wonderfully with any meal. I poured it chilled into a wine glass

This drink was very delicious and relaxing. I wasn't so tired that I could fall asleep, but I was definitely in a calmer mood just hanging out on my couch. :)
