How To Enjoy
All De Soi non-alcoholic apéritifs come ready to sip, so all you have to do is pop them in the fridge, pour them into a pretty glass, and enjoy. The apéritifs are shelf-stable prior to opening.
Once popped, a bottle will stay bubbly for about a week. If you don’t finish it in one go, reseal the cap and keep it chilled in the fridge. Pair with sardines with lemon, labneh, french fries, braised white beans, and shortbread cookies.

Love this. It's light and refreshing with enough interesting flavors to make it unique. I love drinking it on it's own or over ice with a little bruised mint. I'm working on some mocktail recipes with it and am excited to continue to experiment with it. Was my favorite of the De Soi's until I tasted the Rose. LOL!
