Quite bitter, which is understandable given the name, yet simultaneously not very palatable - for me personally. Being pregnant I have been seeking suitable options for beverages such as an aperol spritz. This was not it for me.

There's a ton of aperol like NA-beverages but this one is different. I prefer this over the Phony Negroni. It's lighter and more complex. Not sweet. Tastes like a cocktail and not like juice or tea.
