Franz von Fein stands for alcohol-free, handcrafted premium aperitifs from the south of Germany.
Crafted exclusively from natural ingredients like organic fruits and botanicals, each creation offers an impressive taste experience: fruity and fresh with a fine bitter note.

The Rubin Aperitif is made with organic lemons, juniper berries, and hibiscus blossoms, which give it its citrusy freshness. The subtle bitterness comes from the essential oils of citrus peels and a carefully selected blend of botanicals. This distinctive aperitif is finely bitter, complex, and full of character – without any artificial flavors or colorings.

Most recently, Franz von Fein Rubin Aperitif was awarded Gold at the World Alcohol-Free Awards (WAFA) and was also named “Best Aperitif” of the entire competition – the largest for non-alcoholic drinks worldwide. At the Falstaff Spirits Special 2024, a leading instiution of European wine and gourmet industry, the Rubin Aperitif received incredible 93 points. 

We especially enjoy Rubin as a non-alcoholic Rubin Spritz mixed with sparkling water. It also shines in alcohol-free cocktails – for example, as a non-alcoholic Negroni.

For an intense Rubin Negroni: 

• 2 parts of Rubin Aperitif
• 1 part of still water

Serve on the rocks and garnish with orange slice.
