The Babylon spritz is a new take on a well known Aperitif but with the familiar bitterness and complexity of this special drink. We used regional ingredients such as tamarind, allspice and hibiscus, put it through a lovingly crafted distillation process and created a 0% non-alcoholic take on the classic.

My biggest complaint about n/a products is that they are smarmy & lack complexity. Babylon Spritz is perfect. Nuanced bitterness with complexity. My favorite way to serve it was on the rocks with a large splash of French Bloom sparkling rosé.

Loved Haus of Babylon! The best NA alternative I've found to make a classic Aperol Spritz! Mixed it with soda + tonic or even a sparkling wine, poured over some ice with an orange slice, absolute perfection! The liquid has incredible depth and mouth feel and will have a permanent place on my summer bar cart!
