Hollow Leg is redefining what is possible in the Non Alcoholic category. Our unique process does away with unnecessary sugars and additives, and ensures that the wines have better mouthfeel, taste and aroma. Our wines are born from mindful farming, high quality grapes and organic processes. Each glass contains only 9 calories and 0.4 grams of sugar, and we are proud to only use organic ingredients.
A gentle, fresh aroma of green apple leads to a bright, dry and crunchy palate that finishes with a deliciously clean elderflower and apple drop flavor.

I enjoyed this wine. It's got some minerality. Doesn't scream Albarino to me but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Very poor compared previous vintage. Has spritz which was un expected and tastes like poor apole juice. Will not buy it again. Maybe this is why my local retailer is no carrying it anymore.
