I really love this. I felt as if I was taking a huge chance when I first bought it - what is an adaptogen anyhow? - but then I had the best sleep I've had in 20 years. I recommend it to everybody. And I appreciate that Boisson carries it so that I can get it from the store. Amazon often has a delay. Good sleep. No alcohol. Nice taste - I froth it with Oatmilk, vanilla and sometimes a little cocoa powder. Perfect!

Doesn’t have a lot of taste, so you have to mix it with other ingredients. I like the woodsier taste of Three Spirit’s nightcap, but this was nice to try.
