Description Description

The Cuvée Rouge N°03 is a tempting blend of Merlot and Cabernet, partially aged in oak barrels. This non-alcoholic wine, from the Bordeaux region, offers intense freshness and a diverse array of flavors, including red fruits, spices, and subtle hints of oak wood. The deep dark red hue of the Cuvée promises smooth fullness.

A wonderful companion to red meat, root vegetables and risotto.

Tasting Notes Tasting Notes

Cuv√©e of Merlot and Cabernet. Partial lot in barrique. Intense and fresh, with varied aromas of red fruits, spices and light notes of oak. Supple & pleasant. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, moderate fermentation temperature (28¬∞C) for supple tannins. Maceration of 20 days on average. Gentle pneumatic pressing.

I actually enjoyed this! I have tried a lot of NA wines and never liked them, they always tasted like vinegar to me. This tastes mostly of grape, but is not too sweet and does not have that vinegar taste that so many na wines have.
