Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling offers the same fresh taste as their still Riesling, but with bubbles. Riesling grapes are grown, harvested, and fermented before undergoing delicate vacuum distillation to remove alcohol and preserve classic wine-like characteristics. A bit of residual sugar carries the flavor, yet the acidity offsets the sweetness and makes for a refreshing, clean white. Lots of fine bubbles make it a great apéritif or festive alternative.
Leitz recommends it alongside mussels, light pasta, truffles, or fresh seafood. We love it on its own as a daily delicacy, too!
