HOW TO ENJOY
Use wherever you'd use gin, like a classic G&T with premium tonic water and a slice of pink grapefruit. Works well for making low alc cocktails by using it to stretch hard gin. We love to make the Lyre's Ping Gin Fizz: mix with Lyre’s Italian Orange, citrus, mint and Mediterranean tonic water.
TASTING NOTES
Firm flavors with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepperberry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.

I love a gin and tonic, and so I was excited to try this non-alcoholic option. It certainly has a hint of elderberry/elderflower and while it didn’t have much going for it by itself, I had hoped it would make a great mocktails. Three of us experimented with fresh soda water, tonic syrup, different fruit and juices, and no concoction we could come up with would make this gin alternative hold its own. In fact, our mocktails tasted better without it. It’s a nice looking bottle and I so wanted it to be great…but it was not. I would not buy again, and I don’t plan on drinking the rest of the bottle.
