    Initially a bite, subsequently light and slightly fruity. Delightful small amount of tiny bubbles. Really delicious.

    Meh

    It didn't taste like vinegar and wasn't too sweet but instead was just meh. I added just a spoonful of elderflower liqueur, which made it palatable, but defeated the intent of staying alcohol free.

    My preferred white

    My new go-to white - not too sweet and not too dry. The right balance of fruit on the palate, without merely tasting like a grape juice. Could fool an alcoholic mouth... :-)
