Tried this in London and really enjoyed it. Mixed with tonic, there’s a nice bitter edge that gives cocktail rather than soda. It’s become a go to for me in lieu of my usual alcoholic drink on the weekend.

...as someone who's been in food and wine business all my life and recently due to health issues has cut way back on drinking, I keep looking for stuff that I'm excited about. Unfortunately, most everything I've tried just doesn't have the mouth feel of it's alcohol equivilant, they seem watery and thin. I will keep trying them… I know it's a new frontier!
