I love gin and sodas, and have been trying to find a good NA replacement for a while. I was excited to try Monday Gin based on the good reviews and the description on the website. To my palate, which loves Botanist and Bombay Sapphire, when paired with soda water it tasted mostly of glycerin with a faint touch of aloe. Adding more just made it taste more soapy. I wasn't a fan of it on the rocks either. Oh well. The quest continues!

It doesn't really taste like gin, but it has nice botanicals and aromatics that work well with tonic and lime. I wouldn't make a martini with it, though.
