Spring In A Bottle is produced in the seaside village of Sagaponack, located in the heart of the Hamptons. Made with organically grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Saint Laurent, and Dornfelder grape varieties from Rheinhessen, Germany, this rosé is a vibrant, acidic blend with an elegant minerality and long finish.

Not too sweet, grateful it did not taste like straight grape juice with bubbles. It has a complexity to it. Deliciously effervescent. I do love a good bubbly rose and this NA version is quite decent. I will be purchasing again.

I’ve been having a hard time finding an N.A. Wine that tastes like the real thing. I love the rosé Summer in a bottle. While this sparkling rosé does not taste the same, it is excellent, and does taste like a real sparkling rosé. I will order it again and again. I’m really happy that I found this wine. Thanks so much to the folks at Wolffer Estate !!!

When I bought this I hadn’t made the connection between this and a nice rose’ from Wolffer Estate called Summer in a Bottle. No NA wine is perfect, but I found this to be a lovely alternative when you want to cut back a bit.
