Sidra Trabanco
Sidra Trabanco, founded in 1925 by Emilio Trabanco in Lavandera, Asturias, is a family-run cider house renowned for its traditional, 100% natural ciders. Utilizing a blend of bitter, sour, and acidic apples, their ciders undergo fermentation with natural yeasts in chestnut barrels, resulting in complex aromas and dry, tannic flavors. The flagship Trabanco Traditional boasts a 6% ABV and is available in various formats, including glass bottles and returnable PET barrels. With nearly a century of heritage, Sidra Trabanco remains a cornerstone of Asturian cider culture.
