This is too fruity to be a solid gin replacement (though it does well with tonic), but is fantastic as a white rum sub! I made a mojito with it and it was fabulous. Really enjoyed this; needs a little more viscosity in the mouthfeel, but this is really nice. Again, is a little on the sweet/fruity side so it does well when mixed with acids/bitters. Would probably do well in a daiquiri too.

This pairs really well with a natural tonic I found at the grocery store. (Fever Tree Elderberry Tonic Water). I put a blackberry or two in the glass and it's a wonderful drink to sip on at night, or anytime!
