Gnista - Red French Style - Non-Alcoholic Wine Alternative 750ml

This is not (and doesn’t taste like) a de-alcoholised red wine. Instead, French style is a complex liquid made from hand-made extracts, European NFC juices and a fermented base. It's to replace a light red wine and is best served slightly chilled. 

Bright, well-lifted aromas of mint leaf, barley sugar and cola; smooth texture with refreshing acidity; flavours are very integrated: raspberry, cola, sweet herbs, ripe cherry, a touch of mintiness and warming spiciness that builds. A mere hint of sweetness.

How To Enjoy

On its own slightly chilled or paired with foods: Chicken/game, cheese and jam, vegetarian dishes, seafood and spicy dishes with some acidity.
