Bright and pure on the nose, with elegant aromas of citrus peel and pear. The palate is lively and crisp with a rich mousse and beautifully balanced acidity that creates a long and flavorsome finish.

I’ve tried many non-alc wine (most of which taste more like fancy sparkling cider) but this has the closest mouth feel and taste to a nice Cava. Not as close in taste as Hedlum or Athletic to alc-beer but the closest I’ve tasted thus far, including compared to more expensive options, unless you are looking for something truly de-alc’ed.

I have been on and off alcohol for over a year and this is my favorite by a long way! Thay also have a sparkling Rose which is also super!!
