Hollow Leg is redefining what is possible in the Non Alcoholic category. Our unique process does away with unnecessary sugars and additives, and ensures that the wines have better mouthfeel, taste and aroma. Our wines are born from mindful farming, high quality grapes and organic processes. Each glass contains only 9 calories and 0.4 grams of sugar, and we are proud to only use organic ingredients.
Bright and pure on the nose, with elegant aromas of citrus peel and pear. The palate is lively and crisp with a rich mousse and beautifully balanced acidity that creates a long and flavorsome finish.

Highly effervescent but still medium bodied. This is a properly dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine with pleasant notes of stone fruit and pear and feels a bit like a medium-body white with added carbonation. Lighter on sweetness than most other non-alcoholic sparkling I've had, but may finish richer than some sparkling drinkers are accustomed to. This is a good substitute for champagne or cava at celebrations or with light bites.

I had found that the sparkling alcohol free wines tended to be better, but I was rather disappointed. After trying a glass a night for two nights, I tossed the rest.
