This is one of the best white wines that I've tried. It has some complexity to it unlike some other NA white wine alternatives. Upon opening it, it had a slight effervescence to it which I loved. We wanted to see how the wine would change over a course of 3 days and I'm pleasantly surprised to say that it remained just as good on the 3rd day.

Honestly, I have yet to find a still (non sparkling) NA wine that tastes like the real thing. But this one’s pretty good. The top flavor note is of apple juice, not what you expect in a Riesling. But it’s fairly tart and not sweet. Be sure to serve this very cold. Pairs well with chicken and seafood.

My dad has been a wine connoisseur for as long as I can remember. As he is older and can't drink alcohol any more I thought I would send him and his wife this wine which they truly enjoyed. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give something that he missed back as the non-alcoholic wines he tried were not great. He was happily surprised and looks forward to trying the other non-alcoholic wines that I sent for Christmas.
