I appreciate the ingredients, real agave, and all-natural aspects of Tomo. It works very well as a cocktail base -- smooth, complex, and a bit smokey. Try it with a variety of mixers to find the flavor profile you like.

Imagine sarsaparilla, minus the sweetness, and with a strong dose of liquid smoke. I guess they were trying to go for a mezcal feel? Whatever the goal, this is one of the only non-alcoholic liqueurs I actually poured down the drain. I'll stick with Almave.
