A refreshing, non-alcoholic white wine made from Marsanne, one of the original Rhône varietals initially cultivated in the Rhone Valley of France, and Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was made from fruit grown in sustainably farmed vineyards in Northern California.
Tasting Notes: The wine shimmers pale gold in the glass, with a fragrance of crisp pears, jasmine, citrus, and green apple. The palate dances with lemon meringue, apricot, yuzu, and wet stone. Dry, crisp, and fresh, the fine bubbles carry the layers of flavor through to the finish.
Winemaking: The alcohol has been gently removed while preserving the beautiful aromas and flavors, ensuring a delicious wine with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. It has everything to love in a glass of wine without the alcohol.
