Acid League Proxies - Pastiche

Acid League Proxies are layered blends of juices, teas, spices, bitters, and more–designed to pair with food and be enjoyed in your finest stemware. With acidity, tannin, body, and flavor, they may look and feel like wine, yet they’re completely unique. 

Pastiche is a deep yellow, striking serve inspired by the Alsace region: blossomy, aromatic flavors are met with bitter notes and spice. We love this non-alcoholic answer to a rich white wine–it’s a perfectly lush pour. Enjoy alongside Khao Soi, Tarte Flambée, Aloo Gobi, or Stinky Cheese.

Trained winemakers blend Acid League Proxies from a library of hundreds of ingredients. Pastiche is a balanced blend of the rich, sweet flavors known to the Gewurztraminer grape and unique bitter flavors: lychees, peach, and pineapple are underscored by pink peppercorn, galangal, clove, and Mosaic hops.
