Élivo -  Zero Zero Deluxe Non-Alcoholic White Wine

Élivo produces non-alcoholic wines in Pontevedra, Spain with an expertise in delicate dealcoholization and aroma recovery. Zero Zero Deluxe White is a non-alcoholic blend of Albariño and Airén grape varieties. After undergoing a gentle, low temperature dealcoholization, the wine is partially aged in French Oak barrels while the wine lees are stored in stainless steel vats. This practiced, intentional process creates an exceptional smoothness of taste and feel while preserving the wine’s unique aromas. 

With no shortcuts taken in its production, Zero Zero Deluxe White glistens in the glass and leaves a lasting impression. Wine aficionado or not, this one’s agreeable, light, and a perfect serve for guests.

TASTE
Pale yellow-green in the glass with bright notes of mango, melon, grass, and a bit of smoke on the nose. Moderately sweet notes of citrus are balanced with a refreshing acidity in an elegant, balanced palate.
